Greetings Internet

I am an aspiring filmmaker and was told I need to make a blog to get myself out there so here I am. Hopefully one of you is a film producer that will give me millions of dollars to make a film but more likely you are a fellow wannabe filmmaker, a cinephile, a lost soul trying to find meaning in the internet, or an adventurer seeking the end of the internet (which you hope resembles Heaven but deep down you suspect it is closer to Hell)

Whatever it is that brings you here, I hope you will stay a while. On this blog I will be discussing the many aspects of film both as a business and as an art. Posts will include my personal adventures in the film world, film reviews, philosophical ravings about the film medium, and whatever else I feel like posting.

First let me introduce myself really quick. My name is John G Henderson, though for the purposes of my career I will go by JG Henderson. Why you ask? Because it's cool. Not really any other reason. Also if you can guess my middle name I will give you one cookie. As for other important information, I'm 22, getting married in January, currently live with my sister, nine cats, and a Chihuahua (don't even say anything), and have lived in Alabama my entire life (which is a lot cooler than you would ever think).

So now, let's get this party started.
